Novagrade products are protected against defects in materials and workmanship for one year from the original date of purchase. This warranty applies only to the original owner and is non-transferable.
The warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, unauthorized repair, or modification of the product.
If you experience an issue covered under warranty, please contact us at sales@novagrade.com with your proof of purchase and a description of the issue.
We want you to be completely satisfied with your Novagrade purchase. If you're not, we're here to help.
All returns must be pre-approved and include a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) number.
Returns must be requested within 30 days of the original purchase date.
Items must be in new, unused condition with all original packaging and components.
A copy of the original invoice must be included.
Customers are responsible for return shipping.
Refunds will be issued for the original purchase price (excluding any shipping or tax charges).
No restocking fees or credit card processing fees will be deducted.

Need a different size or product? We’re happy to help with an exchange.
Exchanges follow the same guidelines as returns (see above).
Please contact us within 30 days of purchase to request an exchange.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll ship the replacement.
Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with both returning the original item and sending the replacement.

If your order arrives damaged or you receive a defective product:
Notify us within 15 days of delivery.
Please include photos of the damage and a brief description.
We will either replace the item or issue a full refund, depending on the situation.
Novagrade will cover all shipping costs related to replacing damaged or defective items.
